S Power Portable Line Boring Machine Work Great On Site

An overseas user shared his real experience with the S Power portable line boring machine. He used new bearing mounts and servo add-on bearings to repair the hinge bore on an excavator.

For setup, leave the add-on bearing loose first. Pass the boring bar through supports and drive unit, then tighten bolts step by step. He used two dial indicators to keep even pressure. Compared with old 3-legged supports, the new mounts are stiffer. The boring bar slides more smoothly. Its quick attach design saves more time than old bolt fixing.

The customer said setup was tricky at first, but he was happy with the final result. No need to take apart heavy machines. Repair bores on site and cut equipment downtime. It is a great tool for machinery maintenance.
